My printing standards and rates are simple!
TURNAROUND:
Standard: TWO weeks if you are also purchasing apparel to be printed.
Fast: 5 days with an additional "20% on total" fee.
Super-Fast: 2 days with "50% on total" fee.
PRINTING:
Screens: $15 each unless you have 100 pieces then it's $10/screen
